Established as Ede Griffiths Partnership in 1987 (rga limited since 1993) the practice has a friendly, dedicated, professional team offering a personal service and creative design solutions.
Our Values
We are responsible for the character and quality of the environment, which are inseparable from its social and economic values. We uphold and work within the objectives and purposes incorporated in the Landscape Institute's Royal Charter and Code of Professional Conduct and Practice.
Our Aims
We aim to produce work which makes a positive contribution to the environment wherever possible. We will not work where sensitive environments may suffer, if the overall environmental disadvantages would outweigh the potential benefits, and insufficient mitigation can be implemented. We prefer to work with clients who respect the environment and we will try to influence all our client's attitudes for the benefit of the environment. We seek to manage change to the landscape in a sustainable way for the benefit of present and future generations. In addition we will try to make a positive contribution to our local community.
Our Organisation
We carefully control the size of the office in order to offer a consistently high quality of service. We recognise that the working life of our team members should be reasonably balanced to enable time for leisure and thought. We believe in sharing management fairly by encouraging individual responsibility and that the rewards of our work should also be shared equitably. We intend that our way of working should nurture a spirit of collective responsibility within our team. We will provide support for our team members to maintain and improve their professional competence.
